Tropical Sorbet Bowl

  • 2 cups Healthy Life Lemon Sorbet
  • 1 cup pineapple, sliced into wedges
  • 1 mango, sliced into chunks
  • ¼ cup macadamias, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cup activated buckwheat groats
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped


  1. Place a scoop of ice cream amongst two bowls.
  2. Then divide the remaining ingredients among them.
  3. Scattering as you like, for a lush-looking, quick dessert.
